In this creative narrative work, I took the creation from 2018 to 2021 as the research subject. Through self-observation and analysis, I explored the state, context, and forms of my own work, trying to sort out the core structure of the works from recent years. I have always thought that I was creating through a method full of sensibility and randomness, which was difficult for the work to cover the description through a single theme, form, or style. Therefore, I tried to create a more precise creating process and state under this creative context.

The second chapter conducted a personal creative practice analysis and literature review. Meanwhile, I decomposed my creating process into two aspects. The first was about games and imagination, discussing my inner thinking procedures before creation, analyzing the motivating role played by games in the creation process, and how to lead the work from vague imagery to clear step by step through the development of the imaginative symbol. The second part was the dramatic construction technique. I have analyzed the historical review of collage techniques and cross-references with other related artworks to identify the characteristics of my own creation; in addition, contradictory, random collages and assemblages were also the unique concepts of my works. In the analysis of the works in the third chapter, no matter what kind of style, theme or media, I re-examined the past creations and expounded the core ideas of creation.

Overall, the creative narrative work analyzed the visual thinking during the creating process. I have realized that I often provide a certain intuitive feeling to the audience through warm and abstract imaginary forms and create contradictions and absurdities in the structure through collage. Through sensory distance and alienation, I have deconstructed the image frame of inertial thinking, trying to develop the imaginative potential for the work.
