From the telecom era to the new media era that it expands fast, the science and the technology brings the changes of the lifestyle and the structure to human’s society. Under the push of the science and the technology, the media becomes the necessary medium between the technology and the organization. In this thesis, the different medium of the new media makes the states of the virtual organization. The virtual organization is separated from the body and the consciousness, like we enter into a virtual world, and we feel that we are stored in another virtual body. Even the extension of another body, it is different from the realistic body, these two kinds of experiences build the difference of constructing '' true body '' and '' virtual body ''.

Between the virtuality and the organization, like the object and the subject that they are opposing , but they influence each other. From the 2d medium to the virtual space , after cognitive subject and its object are pasted, the body is linked with the virtuality by the deformed posture to extend. Cause the compression of the perceive body, the lost of the sense and the speed, swimming thinking… etc.

This thesis discusses the influence on human’s organization of virtual space, different medium makes different way to array, and the meanings of body and space become changeable. And then we discuss that the body behind the virtual space of keeping in touch. After “Narcosis”, the mode of the body and its manner has changed. Finally, I do my works to describe the variety that the striping and the streaming in the virtual organization by using the new media.
