國立臺灣藝術大學 / 中國音樂學系 / Author:LAI, PIN-JEN

In recent years, many composers or performers have composed new pieces or attempted to transplant or adapt the pieces of other instruments for erhu in order to give erhu a diversified look. These pieces add many new looks and possibilities to the performing art of erhu, which makes the performing techniques of erhu keep improving and the performers able to obtain new thoughts to show the different style and performance of erhu.

Because of my job, I got to know electone and found that electone is an instrument with multi possibilities. It can create the beauty from all kinds of sounds and has the performing energy of many kinds of instrument,

In this research, I transplanted and adapted 3 of the electronic organ pieces that are more suitable for the performance of erhu, which are 《Libertango》by Astor Piazzolla (1921~1992), 《Passion》 by Tomaso Giovanni Albinoni (1671~1751), and《Jounetsu-Tairiku》 by Taro Hakase (1968~ ). Furthermore, I analyzed the forms of music of the 3 pieces and discussed from the angle of interpreting pieces, and expected to give erhu performers a more diversified performance by the research.
