This thesis consists of two parts: (1) the program notes of the “Solo Recital”, and (2) the program notes of the “Pereformance Recital”.

The program of the Solo Recital includes “Toccata in c minor, BWV 911” of Johann Sebastian Bach, “Excursions, Op. 20” of Samuel Barber, “Scherzo in e-flat minor, Op. 4” of Johannes Brahms, and “Piano Sonata No. 1 in C Major, Op. 2” of Carl Maria von Weber.

The program of the Pereformance Recital includes “Prelude, Choral et Fugue” of Cesar Franck, “ Marche écossaise sur un Thème populaire for Piano Four Hands” of Achille Claude Debussy, and “Piano Concerto in a minor, Op. 7” of Clara Wieck Schumann.
