Paint the true self

The Research of Jia-Hao Jang’s Painting Creation

Art creation is the earnest exploration with delicate perception in mind.First, the artists clear their mind to reach the core of creation. Then they go through the creative process to penetrate the mysteries of spirit. Finally, artists make the positive identification with self-exiting. With the self-confidence which comes from self-identification , the artists know how to create art works further.

By the series of “mask” of self-portrait, the purpose of this research in art is to explore and discuss the relationship between the environment and myself. Another one is by using simple tools, ball-point pens or pencils…etc, to show and express different kinds of images and forms. This can also allow me to express possible artistic vision and to find my true self, as well as reveal my self-identification and confidence.

My research in art is to explore my subjective experience and express myself, integrated with related theories . In composing art works, attempt to deal with the issues of contemporary society and to enhance the s spirituality of my art works.
