This paper consists of three parts, and the scope of discussion roughly covers the three main elements used in creating work of art. The first part focuses on recurring, the second part explains the meaning of incessant floating, and the third part emphasizes on output and disappearance derived from misplacement. Part 1 briefly describes the non-conventional recurring system, particularly the recurring of symbols artists use, and then it links to the main focus of Part 2, the floating status revealed in work and how multiple phenomena derived from such status affect power relations concerning interpretation. And then, Part 3 explains how core values are replaced via operation of capitalism including a series of tactics and usages, such as misappropriation, irony, collage, parody, adaptation, duplication, etc. These represent a layer of related products in confrontation with the mechanism as well as a layer in connection with the historical context. Artists have been making good use of all tactics; they are footprints and proofs of artists’ struggles against the environment and society as well as activities artists participate in. The author tends to recur to values of tactics as well as the significance hidden under these values by observing from a short distance, analyzing the work instead of narrating it, and making a re- interpretation in order to attract viewers.
