The writer chose abstract painting as the creation form, mainly due to internal necessity. The image of abstract painting is hard for people who haven’t studied art education to recognize; therefore, viewers couldn’t understand the image due to sense of distance. However, for the writer, the abstract painting direct shows human beings’ sincerity, honest internal, and close to the essence of human beings the most.

　　With the writer’s works " Frontier of Spirit Series" created during studying in Graduate Program in Fine Arts in National Taiwan University of Arts from 2008 to 2011, this essay expressed understanding of life and internalization through abstract painting form.The major research techniques of this essay are Art History, Visual Psychology and Shape Analysis. The writer’s abstract painting are trying to covey the human beings’ circumstances, self-reflection and activate inspiration, setting self free or transformed from traditional knowledge and standard framework in order to open the new thinking and spiritual space. This is also the core of the creation.

　　This essay will first discuss some abstract painting schools, artists and ideas of works of Art History, and then the visual form such as color and line…which were how to create a psychological space. Finally, the created process of "Frontier of Spirit Series" and the creation form and content interpretation of the series of “The Image of the City”, “The Frontier of Dream” and “The Internal Landscape” were taken as the reference.
