國立臺灣藝術大學 / 視覺傳達設計學系 / Author:LIN, YING-HSUAN

Yangmingshan National Park is renowned for its unique volcanic landscape and its rich and intact natural ecology, serving as the core of the Taipei metropolitan ecosystem. It holds significant value for nature conservation, scientific research, and socio-economic development. In recent years, the government has actively promoted national parks as a brand for Taiwan to attract international tourists. With advancements in technology, audiovisual media has become the primary means of communication. Graphic design is no longer sufficient to capture the audience's attention. Motion identity not only highlights the diverse characteristics of Yangmingshan National Park but also effectively promotes it internationally, drawing the attention of foreign visitors.

This creative study adopts case study analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews. Through case study analysis, it summarizes the current visual expressions of national park brand identity and explores the application features of motion design. Additionally, questionnaire surveys and interviews are conducted to gain insights into the perspectives of management, researchers, and visitors on Yangmingshan National Park, thereby establishing an objective visual image. Finally, the research results are refined and applied to the creation of a comprehensive motion identity system for Yangmingshan National Park. This system not only addresses the limitations of the existing identification system in terms of recognition and application but also aims at international promotion, achieving modernized and globalized design. Furthermore, the creation breaks through the traditional static brand identity framework, offering new possibilities for marketing strategies in national parks.
