In the era of soaring information, the rapid dissemination of information has become the mainstream atmosphere of the society. Because of this, people often blindly follow the public and lose their views on the surroundings, so a flat thinking inertia is formed. This creative research uses the “epoché” of Edmund Husserl’s phenomenology literature to investigate how consciousness is influenced by own experience and analyzes Jerry Uelsmann (1934-), Michael Kenna (1953-), Chema Madoz’s (1958-) photographic creations. Their video creations fully subvert our visual inertia to the surrounding landscape and things. They not only directly present the artist's own imagination, but also express a full surrealist style. From the perspective of a brain scientist, I explored whether mindfulness-based meditation has a positive effect on creativity and artistic creation. Therefore, I learned that mindfulness-based meditation can change the brain composition and increase the circuit of neurons, and that meditation can improve inner awareness and allow yourself can get more delicate feeling. Combined with the mindfulness-based meditation academic papers, the discussion of adding mindfulness-based meditation activities in the classroom has a positive impact on children's creativity. Finally, using the concepts of the “epoché” and “parenthesizing” of the phenomenology literature, the objects and ingredients of daily life are used as creative materials. The creators' intuitive descriptions and imagination beyond reality are used to give life and meaning to the photographic creation works. Furthermore, it allows viewers to feel the unrestricted imagination space, and induces viewers to care about other possibilities of the surroundings together. Through the joyful photographic art works, plant a seed in the viewer's mind that can break through their own thinking inertia.
