China's new rural construction has being carried out gradually since 2005. Until 2015, it had achieved certain results with the strong support of relevant departments. The main purpose of this study for the first is to analyze the strategies of Japan, Taiwan and mainland China for rural communities. The second is to plan the community construction plan of Rendun village. As the development of rural areas in mainland China is lagging behind Japan and Taiwan, this study mainly explores the development of rural communities in Japan and Taiwan, and the development of rural communities in mainland China since the 21st century. The study attempts to plan a "Beautiful Country" community program that meets the needs of the local residents of the village which through the experience of successful rural communities in Japan and Taiwan. The research method is divided into three steps which mainly based on interview. Firstly, the literature survey method, the field investigation method and the interview method are used for the massive collection of information. Then,this study will organize the background data according to the five major development of the community. Thirdly, the study draw the relevant conclusion combined with the cultural symbol three-tier theory. The creative planning of this study has designed three blocks, namely, Longgao Temple, Sanliu Street and Camphor tree Community Park which is based on the unique experience and conclusion of the community and the unique historical background of the community. The residents' demands and related suggestions are refined in this research to form the corresponding perceptual vocabulary, and correspond to the formation of the relevant elements of the creation what is through the comparison of Rendun Village "Person, Character, Land, Production, Scenery" and interview results, and combined with cultural symbols Three - tier theory. The research is dedicated to the performance of rural landscape design , as well as building facade transformation approach to the community to create a design plan, at the same time, this study will use digital media technology to show the results.
