This is an article on Schubert’s Sonata in A minor, Arpeggione. The discussion covers the historical background of the composer, Frank Schubert, and the development and decline of the instrument─Arpeggione. By analizing the music, the author aims to thoroughly understand the entire work and, as a result, to better interpret this piece.
