Chinese culture is steeped in history. The evolution of word from oracle script to regular script represents the long history of Chinese culture. It is possible to express one’s thoughts and feelings through calligraphy, as it is also a reflection of the equilibrium between the static and the dynamic in nature. Imagery and situation demonstrate the creator’s particular realization of the content of characters. In imagery and situation, the origin of word is manifested. They involve poetic elements, and the diverse blotting colors in painting are able to produce different results through a variety of compositions. Calligraphy moves forward with the passage of time, and different effects often occur as the line and shape vary. In my work, I intend to apply software to calligraphy to give the content and display a tint of modern.
