Since ancient times, the image of disease is full of the unknown, fears, and death. n fact, in Eastern and Western literature works and paintings, many artists have combined their personal concept and their own creative elements with disease and make various interpretations about the disease, which enriches the content of works between "people" and "disease." This research concerning creativity summarizes and enumerates three forms of expression: "visual expression", "metaphoric expression" and "imaginative expression". If we use these three perspectives to view disease, we can re-examine our recognition with it. With the development of computer technology driving the innovation of painting technology, creators can widely use graphic software, based on the creator’s personal disease experience, taking urticaria as an example and extracting the original symptoms of the disease as a basis to create digital images and texture materials to perform morphological applications composition . Translates the pathological aesthetics that belong to the creator through visual communication design, reflecting the coexistence relationship between self and disease, and redefining self-worth and the value of life.
