Most people diligent in their work in about one tenth of their life. It’s been said that workplace is just like battlefield. No matter how comfortable the workplace is, it’s still dangerous. The author, who has been in workplace for seven years, is obviously not a fresh graduate. I deeply know that besides enhancement of specialty, efficient working is another critical reason to survive in workplace. Moreover, we discovered that most people are used to criticize and complain while they were suffered from some working issues. Literally, these kind of behaviors helps nothing but depresses themselves and reduce working efficiency. Based on this concept, we discussed the man problem in workplace. We hope that people could inspect their working attitude by this creation. Maybe they are considered the toxic teammates or monster supervisors in their team.

The research is about nine monster managers in workplace, which describes several supervisor’s personalities that may affect working efficiency by Enneagram. We ironically presented it in nine products. We hoped that they could bring some help to people who were suffered from their superiors in certain workplace. Also, managers could reflect themselves.

The main creation is “The 15 Minutes Before Clock Out”, which is continued the previous research. In this product, we kept discussing about man problems to effect working efficiency. There are 12 products we approached in negative technique to describe different people’s lazy behavior before clock out. These kinds of realistic style may resonates the readers, and keep them away from being “toxic”.

The research of this creation is “Every Aspects of Working Place”. We discuss man problem in working place by monster supervisor and lazy people. We truly hoped that the research could inspect people in the working place and inspect themselves to replace useless criticism and complain.
