With the rise of smart devices, people nowadays are addicted to smart devices and social media, and gradually fall into the state of being restricted and bound by the convenience and sociality of technology. In this situation, the more indulging in social media, the more lonely one feels, the more lonely one becomes, the more he becomes more addicted to it. Many people are so trapped in the circle of social media like they are bound by a string, unable to break free yet they don’t want to break it free in the same time. Like the bondage game that appears in SM, it is joyfully disciplined by a string called social media. Although this situation may seem pessimistic and negative, this thesis will present the sense of restraint, sense of loneliness, and sense of lost caused by technology by three inter-subjective installations based on smart phone in a humor way. The first work bundled the smart phone with the rope binding technique that appeared in the SM game. The tied mobile phone and the mobile phone communicated with each other's gyroscope values, and then they rushed through the rope tied to the motor. Mobile phones form a landscape of intelligent tuning. This thesis will use these two works to explore the loneliness caused by the popular internet dating model and the indulging in the sense of restraint brought by technology. The second work is an augmented reality work. The user will operate a toy gun equipped with a smart phone in a real-world field and use the screen on the mobile phone as a aiming screen to shoot real people with love-shaped bullets. the love-shaped bullets hits the face, then nothing happens. This work is to express the powerlessness and loneliness of social media in reality. The third work is a mixed reality work that uses the technique of Pepper’s ghost to express the sense of disorientation of the smart era in a humor way and allows the audience to get out of it through this work.
