This paper discusses the development of the technique of solo violin as the research object, and discusses the most representative works from the second half of the seventeenth century to the first half of the twentieth century as examples. Including H.Biber’s Pasaccaglia, J.S.Bach three Sonatas and three Partitas for Solo Violin, N.Paganini 24 caprices and E. Ysaÿe Six Sonatas for Solo Violin. The techniques in the work are divided into right hand and left hand for research and analysis.
