"Sweet Witch" is a children's animated story of a fairy-tale candy town, but in a twist on traditional role setting the ugly witch is the heroine. She needs to get close to children in order to make major changes in the town life, but the witch’s conscience is tested by difficult choices.

There is an awareness of villainous characters in children's literature, and in this story the Sweet Witch is created in the role of a villain. When analyzing existing villain character main roles and plots in animated movies, they possess the qualities necessary to extend the plot within children's stories. In regards to form of expression, with reference to child psychological and aesthetic requirements of visual features, 2D computer graphics and hand-painted background creations were used to comply with children’s animation art style.

Story evolution and creative thinking, the animation process, and other post-production process are summarized in the creation method. The results of the creation are eagerly anticipated, where the children's traditional animated heroes are led into a new story direction.
