Abstract

【Loose · Tie】 is a creative documentary of Zhao Ying's graduation project. I hope to rediscover my body and the life experiences hidden within it through this graduation project. In this production, I utilized my own traditional ethnic folk dance experience combined with contemporary dance creation concepts to complete the performance, and shared the creative discoveries through writing this report.

In this creative discourse report, Chapter 1 will explain the origin, concept, and production process of my creation. Chapter 2 will review my cross-strait dance learning experience, participation in professional dance groups, and the reflections and inspirations on my diverse dance body culture. Chapter 3 will discuss the development process and contemplation of body language in the work. Chapter 4 will write about the body narrative content and structure of the "Unbinding" dance work, as well as the thoughts and feelings during the creative process. Chapter 5 describes the execution process on stage, the conception and realization of stage design by the creator. In the conclusion, I summarized the reflections and views after the creation of "Unbinding" dance, as well as the expectations for future creations.

The author hopes to sort out the valuable experience from studying in Shanghai and Taipei from the overall production process and share it with everyone, so as to accumulate the abilities and thinking as a creator, hoping to serve as a reference in future dance creation execution.
