The author’s interest in observing people was developed during the creation of human body sculpture. Gradually, the author attempted to imagine others' perspectives and started to see the world through the feelings between humans and objects. Through the surreal creation method, the artwork of the distorted human body enabled the author to notice how the creation originally came from imitation of humans in nature and was transformed into the representation of the author’s imagination. Next, the author re-flected on the objects and spaces in sculpture, and then analyzed how these objects may appear in life or society, and what kind of situation or space these objects could create. By sorting out the relationship between objects and feelings during human body sculp-ture, at the same time analyzing the method of sculpture creation, the author discussed the relationship between objects in life experience, and the exhibition space was created to reinterpret and reproduce the imaginary situation.
The value of an object has always been an important part of creative thinking. Apart from reflecting on alienation in urban life, the author also paid attention to the in-dustrial or residential structure in the urban landscape. The method of deconstruction allowed the author to unexpectedly recreate an interesting object and used it to construct a visually aesthetic experience. While creating the artwork, the author founded that the amount of effort given in sculpting may not necessarily appear in the result of the work. While attempting to imitate nature, through the observation of the relationship between effort given and sculpture, the author gradually discovered the distance between the re-produced situation and actual life. Consequently, the author considered the relationship between object and content and re-evaluated the media or substances suitable for the sculptures. Through the author's creation, he wanted to introduce installation art to the audience, and inspire the possibilities of using various kinds of non-traditional media in sculpting.
