“You have a message: [blank]” is a VJ Interactive Performance. It discussed the positive effect and negative effect of people who living in modern society and using Internet, communicate APP, smartphones and virtual community frequently. The creator has been started using smartphone since 2011. So far, Internet and fast communication are the good assistants for the creator, not only for work communication but also for friend relationship. However, the creator observed her own life experience and psychological feelings of using the Internet and fast communication and found that there are three living habits of modern people have been developed. For instance, (1) sending message regardless of time. (2) using internet forum. (3) using social media. The creator considered the three living habits representative of times. It is a life experience exclusive for modern people that people who living in the previous era did not have. For the reasons mentioned above, the creator created the 15 minutes VJ interactive performance for recorded the special lifestyle.

Dynamic visual creation which is the core of the work used flexible arrangement and real-time played feature of VJ. Besides, VJ combined with music and dance to achieve the purpose of cross-field cooperation. Because of the flexible arrangement and real-time played feature of VJ, dynamic visual can interact with the dancer, the music, also the creator behind the scene. The VJ Interactive Performance broke the line which used to divide the stage, the auditorium and the staffs behind the scenes in the traditional performance to make everyone at the performance a participant in the creation of the work. Some paragraphs of the work are arranged to make people control the visual by real-time send and receive images and sound. Therefore, each performance is a unique work and open work. The creator hope that people who participated the performance can reflect on the living experience of using the Internet and fast communication and their own living habits by having special visual experience and participating the interactive performance.
