According to the “Surangama Mantra”, all beings are born without beginning, life and death continued because beings don’t understand this Dharma of the real appearance of true emptiness and true thusness. It is the delusion that brings about transmigration. The universal is ever changing, the world goes through formation, existing, decay, and disappearance, people experience birth, aging, illness and death, and mind has arising, abiding, changing and extinction. It is never true, but people usually take false as true and just get lost. As alienating from true self, people always feel anxious and unease just like the tide goes high and low without end. The state of creation of artists is lofty like wave without perceiving the seawater. Therefore, they are depressed, unhappy and even commit suicide which is really pitiful. Both artist and philosopher are seeking for the lost heart. Only the recognition of the true heart through well acquainted with the good, like endless water from the headwaters, Zen and art creation can merge together. All principles grasped without extra thought are the art. This is truly the master of one’s life instead of foreigner wandering life and death.
