The research of Flag of Honor by Huang-zi is a master work in the period of the war Against Japan.

It inspire people fighting and will love our country, It also cohesion the public feeling has become calm when swaying in the midst of a raging storm .When music can cohesion the soul and guide upward. The music is not only music, music truly touch life and music is the distillation of life.

The main goal of this dissertation is to analyze and probe into creation of Flag of Honor ballad by Huang Zi. Through research, we can experience how people regarded music at passing time and this time understand the music of peace. In addition, this dissertation studies difference and effects of various interpretations and performances.

This dissertation includes the background knowledge and the creation style of both Huang Zi, the composer and Wei Han Zhang the lyricist, the songs and the analysis and expression of them. Moreover, it contains what I have learned from annotation and skill handling while performing.
