The purpose of this thesis is to study the creation concept and the development of the artworks by the author since 2008. Researching and analyzing the thinking of time by using installation, video art…etc. It first begins with “The record of memories”. What are the meanings of Record and Memory? How to record a memory? Furthermore, what are the relations between Record and Memory in those artworks? Second, the author establishes a theme which is based on the analysis of time perception and finds the real time status by studying time in science, time in philosophy and psychology. To further discuss the relations between perception of body and time and how these things affect the artworks by author through the concept of “durée” by Henri Bergson(1859-1941). Last, the artist sees herself as a “ Flâneur” and observes, memorizes, and records the place that she lives. Moreover, the influence of the environment on the character of “ Flâneur” and how it shows in the artworks will be studied in this thesis.
