This article is focused on the concept of repertoire planning for the graduate piano recital. Moreover, explored, analyzed, and expounded some aspects of the five works performed in the recital, <J. S. Bach The Well-Tempered Clavier: Book II: Prelude and Fugue in F Minor, BWV 881, L. v. Beethoven Piano Sonata in E-flat Major, ‘Das Lebewohl’, Op. 81a, F. Chopin Ballade No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 23, F. Chopin Ballade No. 4 in F Minor, Op. 52, S. Prokofiev Visions Fugitives, Op. 22>, including the compositional background, music characteristics, composition style, and technique.
