Motion Graphics is a new form of interdisciplinary design. The demand for Motion Graphics applications keeps on increasing as science and technology innovate and leap forward continuously. Technological progress brings convenient life to mankind, but it also has a great impact on ecological environment.

In view of the ecological holocaust and the abnormal change of climate, this creative research is focused on《Nature Flow》. Through collected literature, sorting and summarizing the historical context and related development of Motion Graphics, I clarify the definition of Motion Graphics. Nature Flow is a manifold whose common patterns can be summarized through data collection of various natural phenomena: Steady Flow、Laminar Flow、Turbulent Flow、Channel Flow、Jet Flow、Slip Flow、Flotation & Warping. With analysis of related works by Nature Flow, I try to integrate creative performance with interdisciplinary application of Motion Graphics design to express my concern of changes of natural phenomena in daily life, by creating particle flow and wave flow, to interpret the changes of these flow phenomena in nature.

The following conclusions were drawn from the study: 1.Motion Graphics was an experimental abstract creation at the initial development stage, it was combined with graphic design concepts at mid-development stage, and with computer application production in late development. As science and technology developing, the application of motion graphics extends to film and television media, digital technology and environmental application design. 2.Motion Graphics is an emerging design forms that can combine various creative design expressions across fields. 3.As technology advances and software and hardware performance upgraded, more and more software are used for creating Motion Graphics. Common application software such as After Effects added built-in basic functions of Cinema 4D in new version of CC version, thus is easier to create 3D Motion Graphics effects.

4. Nature Flow is dual phenomenon - Particle and wave at the same time. 5.Scientific knowledge and the phenomenon flow of nature could be the rich source of designer's inspiration to create innovative dynamic Motion Graphics artworks.
