Vision is one of the perceptions that was recorded and discussed earlier in humanity, moreover, due to the invention of audio and video recorders, hearing and vision emerged an even closer relationship in between. Later on, due to vast innovation of technology, various of invention materials combined and integrated hence producing more Interdisciplinary Art, the byproduct Sound Art has also produced dramatically. This inventive research 《A Creation and Study of Sound Art in Digital Era》 intended to discuss about the sound art in digital era, by using mobile phone noises as a discussion topic presenting a sound art that is with high performance, interaction, and vision tensions. In this research document discussion, it includes the sound dissemination and interdisciplinary integrations; the presentation and differentiation of sound art in digital era; the topic discussion of mobile phone culture and art work, as a reference of innovation.

“Mobi Waver” manipulates sound art, video art, interactive installation, dance of performance and integrates the mobile electromagnetic wave from the audiences, proceeding real time interactive performances, trying to present the unwanted situation of technology restriction and control, also the unnecessary frustration to the mankind. Through audio and video it presents the change of sound in between human and space that is caused via mobile electromagnetic waves, and the body language from the dancers represents the inside and outside human emotions that are effected by the electromagnetic waves. During the presentation, inviting audiences to use their mobile phones and retrieve the associated electromagnetic waves, hence having interaction on site and also having the audiences involve and appreciate the art work and experience the criticize of the mobile culture topic to the author.
