Re- Cycle（the primitive cycle of Eve）is a work that develops from the circulation of birth, therefore explores feminine self consciousness and physical free will.

The prefix “Re” means again. When it combines with “cycle”, emphasizes the continuing live process. “Primitive” means the simplest, original and the very beginning. In mythology, Eve had the ability to give birth after she ate the forbidden apple, which means desire and sex, that starts female birth circulation. It is mysterious and worth to trace. This circulation presents mental transform and sub-conscious reflection. And the cycle of birth keeps going on.

I have inspired by the imagination about "birth". It's secret, with huge meaning, and especially meant to a woman. That will be a unique experience and task being a woman. Men will never know the specific feelings about this. Through this subject let me to think about myself. The process is about being a girl to be a woman. I am a woman. This work will start from the view of woman’s self awareness. It starts from the embryo, to a girl, to one who is aware of her change to a woman and probably bear a mysterious live.

This work connects music and visual expression. I found much more flexibility to work on this kind of creation. Let me to think about the expression format a lot. I try to use multi-level art expression to make the concept much more clear, and try to make delicate expression level on this work.
