With the “Rubber” being an Interdisciplinary Art creation combining moving image and dance. The literature review has primarily been to explore the moving image of “Video Art”, “TVCF”, “MV”, “Animation”, “multimedia experimental film”, and development and characteristics of Interdisciplinary Art. The creative portion documents the experiment process, which encompasses stage 1 “Crystal eye”, and stage 2 “Left and right”, and at least the “Rubber” is completed through a number of experimental amendments, with the thesis describing the creative concept and expression.

The “Rubber” combines the dance performance, real scenario image, Flash animation, graphic design by utilizing the rubber’s bending and pliant characteristics, mirroring the dancers’ performance in the creation, to infuse hand-sketched animation with realistic set to develop a unique imagery set, depicting the easer’s setback, distress, lighthearted, whimsical and humorous characteristics stemming form erroneous wiping, where the live performance deploys the back-projection mode coordinated with the dancers in the front stage, and is presented at the Corner Cafe Theater in Taipei.
