From ancient times to the present, the use of animal characters for narrative is very common in any medium in the creation. It often uses anthropomorphic techniques to assist characters in plot advancement and action performance. These animal characters often become the projection of people's feelings, thoughts, life. At the same time, I believe that the use of 3D animation sound, pictures, dynamics, and other elements can more deeply and effectively convey information.

This animation is based on the arduous process of the little green turtle breaking its shell and returning to the ocean at night, to highlight the issue of marine litter pollution. Under the same world view, the use of different degrees of anthropomorphic characters creates, to make differences in the connection between the viewer and different animal characters, while using the role and scene design to deepen the viewer's impression of the work and the communication of marine litter pollution issues.

Through the compilation of literature, this creative research deepens the understanding of marine pollution issues, and as a source of creative nourishment, discusses the effectiveness and shortcomings of the use of topics in three projects: "Character Design", "Scene Design" and "Screenwriting".

In the part of animal character research, it was found that the number of anthropomorphic representation techniques used would affect the degree of anthropomorphism, so by sorting out six kinds of animal character anthropomorphic expression methods, namely, "anthropomorphic thought and emotion" that can be used for "emotional expression", which belong to the internal level of "anthropomorphic of thought and emotion", "anthropomorphic of speech and sound", "anthropomorphic of actions and behaviors", and "anthropomorphic of facial expressions"; As well as for "appearance design", it belongs to the external level of "anthropomorphism of form structure" and "anthropomorphism of clothing".

It also summarizes the method of using the degree of anthropomorphism of animal characters, that is, selects the anthropomorphic expression methods of animal characters to be used, and then judges according to the number of performance methods selected and the items, whether the essential positioning of the character is to be close to humans or animals and whether the degree of connection between the characters and the viewer is in line with expectations, to create anthropomorphic animal characters that meet the creative concept. It is hoped that the results of this creative research can be used as a reference for creators who have elaborated on the issue of marine pollution or used the role of anthropomorphic animals.
