Through the social and spiritual formation, the body creates a cultural form with both exterior and interior characteristics. The body becomes the carrier and the medium among the subjects in the society. With the time processing, we can examine our body transformation and think about the different ways of thinking in order to discover the new vision between the body and the structure of society.

Nowadays, in the changing world of the new media era, people’s positions are also changing, and the body has to play more roles. The body somehow reflects the astaticism of social categorization and the orientation of the transformation.

This art work, The Frame, which originated from the personal experiences of the artist, aims to figure out the image of female body through new media art in order to reflect the roles of female and the frame which carried by the body. The artist is trying to discuss the relation between the surface and the internality by videotapes myself with the overlapping of the animation, and trying to examine the limitation of the body and the social formation.
