“Throbbing in Summer” is a film which describes the adolescent girl Zhi Yu, it is an exploration of sexual growth and the desire for love, this film wants to explore the child's lust in adolescence, and tries to find a way for the depression, pain, helplessness, and confusion, the film starts from the adolescent love orientation, the first love is always imperfect, there are different topics among every adolescent and cruel story of youth which belong to everyone.

There are six chapters in this production report :

Chapter 1 — Introduction: A description of the background, motivation and purpose of this creation.

Chapter 2 — Literature Review: It sorts out related issues of the film, and related works for reference.

Chapter 3 — The Creative Notion: It explains the plot of the script, the design of the characters, the director's work in the early stage, and the concept of expression techniques.

Chapter 6 — Projection and Conclusion: It documents the synopsis of the public screening, and summarizes the learning and experience during the creation of the film.
