The thesis is based on a capture of the development of author's several pieces of works - "When You Take it Seriously, You Lose.'', ''Whose Work is This?'' and "If You Take it Seriously" during the graduate school period from a non-artist's perspectives. These three pieces of works are targeted for they have shared a similarity of the development - derived from the primal concept for their debut, they all have been forced to produce a transformation, both the format and the content, to have a better fit the new exposing condition. These three pieces of works proceed in an identical path - they all have transformed in accordance with the new place they are to meet and to meet the audience. How the works transform at the same time reveals how the artist answers and forms her thinking and creating system. This look back depicts how the artist programs her works, pointing out a likely-promised way to the future for both the works and herself; that is, to find the crack on the immiscibly smooth surface of the routine act and take it to a further step by scratching the crack until the stability of the whole factual matter is being stirred, opened or destroyed.
