Comedians Workshop is a famous Chinese comic dialogue group established in 1988. Comedians Workshop is well-known for its innovation to break the tradition of Chinese comic dialogue.Deng Li Jun is Comedians Workshop’s 20th Anniversary Classic Show, and it is the first work combining music and drama in the form of collage. The show was performed from November 30, 2007 in Taipei to January 27, 2008. In this period, Deng Li Jun was performed 26 times in 17 days, and the number of audience is more than 30,000, with box office 100% sold out.

I participated in the process of Deng Li Jun in the form of composing, writing lyric and producing. At the same time, I was also involved in the field of art management, and facing many problems of Copyright Law. From the perspective of an independent musician, I concluded that Deng Li Jun is a break-through from traditional comedian works, and it is critical for independent musicians to be diligently careful in handling contracts. Moreover, the thesis will reveal the experience of working with Comedians Workshop. I made recommendations concerning the〝Deng Li Jun〞, union system, and academic education.
