Video Art plays an important role in contemporary art; the art work will pay attention on the developing situation of the Video Art and analyze different kinds of creation, including the commercial and enterprising TV from 1960s, through the beginning of the Video Art in 1970s, those countries started cooperating in 1980s, and following the new media art in 1990s then it has triggered the dialogue of the technology and Art.

This research’s topic is “The Twins” like me, adopting myself to be the central image of thought for creation, processing twins-video synchronization which discusses and practices on two screens. Firstly, it starts from physical and psychological aspects, discussing in quality, secondly, it concentrates on the history of development and the style of creation to discuss and analyze on video art, finally, the creation has adopted these methods such as interview, observation, individual case to research, and the result has concluded in art-work itself.

The main structure of “The Twins” has consisted of three administrative levels of concept system and application, for farther discussion the relationship about time, speed and space, the work was taken the twins sisters who stands at opposite position, via video installation to present on two screens and attempt to use flight’s traces to guide audiences surfing between two screens.
