The self-knowledge is everyone's life issue. The physical self cannot satisfy the answer, so we explore from our own life background, think and explain from psychoanalysis, and speculate from the eyes of others. The purpose of this research is to construct self-systematic thinking and self-recognition through ceramic art creation. The research topic is to explore the process of thinking and creation due to inward influence from personal characteristics. Introversion is an inseparable existence in my personality. She not only shapes my appearance, but also has an independent consciousness, which affects my thinking and feelings, and makes my self-cognition full of anxiety, conflict and contradictions. At the same time, creation is a way of self-expression. Through the creation of ceramic art, the waves of inner emotions can be balanced, so as to re-understand the meaning of oneself and obtain the expression and healing of the soul.
