In this thesis, the writer, taking her own creation as the background, will discuss the position and character of narrative context in works that are themed with personal feelings and emotions under the creative taste and pattern of contemporary art, as well as the possibility of taking the context itself into visualized art creations. The creations of the writer have always focused on aspects of non-mainstream or faintness. When looking back at the evolution of art after the initiation of contemporary art, it seems that it can also be interpreted as degradation of narration in terms of art creation. Even the theme of description of lusts itself couldn’t fit in the main taste a long time ago. The writer’s creation tries to combine and construct the two in order to see if there are new discoveries and findings by interweaving these marginal elements. The thesis will first observe the writer’s experiences in her growth and extract several primary elements that influence the writer’s creation, including history of Japanese literatures, aestheticism, and theories on eroticism, for academic analysis and discussion. In the meantime, organizing histories and academic theories of narrative structure and visualization forms of the writer’s creations is another aim in this thesis. A series of Junichiro Tanizaki’s film installation arts during her college years as well as creation projects themed with context writing and body performance in recent times will also be analyzed. With these factors, how the main taste of art history and the writer’s personal taste inter-react and form the writer’s pattern of creation today will be presented.
