This dissertation aims at self-role analysis and thinking. Through theoretical analysis, the author transforms it into the basis of creation, and carries out ideal for spiritual exploration. Observe the external natural scenery, integrate techniques and connotations, and then internalize it into the author's own painting vocabulary to convey the perception and feelings, communicate with the viewers and resonate with them.

The theoretical discussion is divided into four titles: 1. "Overview of Confucianism"-family is the foundation. 2. "A Brief Discussion on the Sociology of Art" - Art Organizational Structure. 3. "Introduction to Psychology" - the initial exploration of things. 4. "Theory of Feminine Mind" - Self-identification.

"Root. Exploration. Release" creative concept: using old tree roots as one of the carriers, emphasizing the importance of home, which has the meaning of tracing back to the origin, and dialogues with the viewers to resonate. Set "cat" as the identification of self-personality traits to explore the integration of life course and inner mind. "Release" is to release insights after analysis from the psychological level, so as to achieve the freedom of the soul and creation.

This creation and practice is divided into three series: "Root", "Exploration" and "Release" are researches on artistic creation. Using the Bone Method (in the use of the brush) of Chinese painting, the essence of the "line" in the painting expresses its rigidity, softness, emptiness and reality, echoing the expression of the situation that traces back to the source. Outdoor sketches extract the beauty of the essence of objects and images to reach the level of philosophical spirit. The application and development of techniques lies in the art practice of pursuing the painting process.

It is hoped that through this research, analysis and practice to achieve "Inheritance is for development, and learning from the past is for innovation."
