ATSTRACT

The first chapter introduce the important role of image in human life from the ancient

times and take cathedral glass and holy image as example to explain how we give a

meaning to a image we saw. The book 《After The End of Art》 inspired me the

question about what will be dreams that made without visual experience and make me

have some idea of my creation.The second chapter mention the study of human brain

deal with the visual stimulation by mind awareness and the way Freud analyze dreams.

I gain the base of my creation those studies. I also look after my creation at the fifth

paragraph ocular centrism.

The chapter three is process how I realize my art work〈Invisible Dream〉.

Base on the knowledge from chapter two, I film the process that Eule Hsieh who is my

blend friend describes his dream. That process make me realize that we saw the image

in our heart instead of really understand the dream of blind people when we being a

listener. This discovery can reflect our fill-with-image daily life. Our mind will show

the image that we used to saw when we imagine the image we never see before. Indeed,

the conclusion of this chapter is that the impression of real word is filling with the other

images that come from movie and other media, and images in our brain also consist

stay in a cinematic situation.

The chapter four is the description of my past work. From the installation art I made in

the former period and the video recording I made in the later period, those conducts are

having the specialty of antistrophe and Sculptural, and also the discussion about the

realness of image. I also mention the creation process of the work〈Invisible Dream〉

serious that transform from described by myself to the way more effective, by

interview. Finally, I described how I derive my new art 〈Lord of Wonders〉 from the

conclusion of chapter three.

The conclusion is made by my blind friend''s interview compared with the discovery

that there is no question about realness in our filling with image and modern life, a life

that we use movie and other media to fill with unknown part of world. And also the

situation that in order to deal with the abounded stimulate from image, modern people

develop many switches to switch their cognition to fit their visual sensor and the view

they saw.
