This thesis functions as a supplementary document to the music-theatre work — The Sense of Hearing, Sight and Perception. With the French novella The Little Prince featured as material, the composition utilizes the Word-Interval Transfer System (WITS)and the Color Image, making actors and zhongruan players present current emotions and inner reactions through the interplay of colors and words. This thesis consists of four chapters— the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter presents the composition motives, concepts and the application of relevant theories, including color usage, music score design, and the analysis of related pieces; at last, the fourth chapter serves as a conclusion.
