This thesis is the exploration of minimalist music style and the practice of related creation techniques in my own works. From the aspects of minimalist art concepts and terms, artistic development and field characteristics, the oriental colors of minimalist music and European music origins, musical creation techniques and famous composers, we can gain an in-depth understanding of the style, art and musical characteristics. Through the study of the techniques of these works, the insights obtained are incorporated into the music of the work "Cheng Xian". And explain the concept of self-creation, music architecture analysis, design of pitch and rhythm, timbre and other sound-oriented. Hope to expand more self-music skills and increase the versatility of self-creation.
