Mental imagery and imagination are the elements for my artistic creations. And the creations from 2016 to 2018 are mainly discussion for this thesis. Themes, which are including physical environment and self-consciousness, I’ve sorted the information to the theory about Chinese and Western philosophy of mind that enlarge my accomplishments and broaden my horizon.

The picture article is focused on the analysis of Chinese landscaping paintings. Objective composition is related to physical environment and self-identify to recall “environmental perception”. And subjective emotion is infused into a chain reaction that represent to empathy and synesthesia with correspondences. In third chapter is nourishing by the oriental artists and their mindsets.

By analyzing the contents and forms of creation, it can be more clearly understood the images and emotional expressions of the art works.

1. Material appearance transformation：In visual modeling and color to achieve the similarity to create a new image of the object.

2. Emotional form：Expressing the projection from natural phenomena to inner desire.

3. Meaning of imagery：Using the homophonic and pun not only convey the shape but make the imagination of word meaning.
